Also known from the Carnarvon
Range in central Queeensland.
Notable localities:
Mudgee, Cassilis.
Habitat:
Found in eucalypt woodland.
Calling song and behaviour:
A ticking song produced whilst
in flight and also when perched
on a tree. Occasionally a long
buzz is produced, followed by a
series of ticks.
