Species number (TNS): 745. Fore wing length: 19–23 mm. Distribution and seasonality: Central Queensland from the Expedition Range north to the Drummond Range. Notable localities: Blackdown Tableland. Habitat: Eucalypt forest on sandstone plateaus. Calling song and behaviour: A deep, metallic “dit-derrrrrrr, dit- derrrrr”, repeated. Adults sit in the foliage and on branches of eucalypts. Similar species: Red Squeaker, Bronze Bark- buzzer.
