observed during January and
February.
Notable localities:
Cloncurry district (A. Ewart).
Habitat:
Semi-arid grassland.
Calling song and behaviour:
A rapid, high-pitched zipping
call with occasional pauses.
Colour variation:
Green colours in specimens
often fade to yellow after death.
