Species number (TNS): 111, 129. Fore wing length: 22–34 mm. Distribution and seasonality: From Cape Tribulation south to near Townsville. Adults are present from November to April. Notable localities: Cairns, Mission Beach. Habitat: Tropical bushland, often in swampy areas, coastal areas or along watercourses. Calling song and behaviour: A long buzz, which is near identical to the call of Brown Bunyip. Similar species: Dodd’s Bunyip, Eastern Bunyip (species complex), Boulder Bunyip.
