Habitat:
Populations occur in open
grassland, including in
association with Buffel Grass.
Calling song and behaviour:
A very fast ticking call, with
similar structure to Yellow Grass-
ticker. The call includes a
conspicuous rattling component.
Adults sit on grass stems.
