Species number (TNS): 279. Fore wing length: 14–16 mm. Distribution and seasonality: From west of Millmerran inland to Morven and near Charleville in southern Queensland. Adults have been observed from December to February. Notable localities: Glenmorgan, Myall Creek State Forest. Habitat: Mixed acacia woodlands and Mulga (Acacia aneura) dominated scrub. Calling song and behaviour: Repeated groups of high frequency, alternating short and long phrases. Adults sit on the stems and branches of acacias and other small trees. Similar species: Bassian Buzzer, Fence Buzzer, Black Brigalow Buzzer, Broad- winged Buzzer.
