Previously referred to as Baeturia rufa. Species number (TNS): 552. Fore wing length: 17–22 mm. Distribution and seasonality: Known only from Cape York, north Queensland, where it is restricted to Iron Range, the Wenlock River and McIllwraith Range. Adults occur from December to June. Notable localities: Claudie River (M. S. Moulds). Habitat: Tropical rainforest. Calling song and behaviour: Song unknown. Adults sit in the upperfoliage of rainforest vegetation. Similar species: Red Belly, Green Fairy.
