Adults may be present for a short period between September and March (after rainfall).Notable localities: Exmouth (W. Bell) and Yalgoo (P. Hutchinson).Habitat: Low open woodland.Calling song and behaviour:A fairly short note followed immediately by a brief chirp and repeated. Males sing sporadically throughout the day during sunny conditions. Adults sit on the branches and stems of small eucalypts.Similar species:Candy Tiger-squawker.
