Species number (TNS): 029. Fore wing length: 19–25 mm. Distribution and seasonality: From Geraldton east to Laverton in Western Australia. It also occurs in the arid parts of eastern South Australia. Adults have been observed during February. Notable localities: Geraldton. Habitat: Populations occur in low scrubland. Calling song and behaviour: A buzzing call. Adults sit on the branches on desert shrubs where they remain fairly sedentary. Similar species: Western Bark Cicada.
