Species number (TNS): 273. Fore wing length: 15–17 mm. Distribution and seasonality: Known only from north of Warwick in southern Queensland and possibly also from Burra in South Australia. Adults are present during December and January. Notable localities: Maryvale. Habitat: Open grassland. Calling song and behaviour: A series of short chirps produced at a moderately fast pace, followed by a longer note and repeated. Adults sit on grass stems. Similar species: Lesser Smoky Buzzer, New England Grass Buzzer.
