Species number (TNS): 385. Fore wing length: 15–18 mm. Distribution and seasonality: Restricted to the area between the western edge of White Mountains National Park and Hughenden. Notable localities: Torrens Creek. Habitat: Usually found in association with ironbark eucalypts growing in sandy soils. Calling song and behaviour: A rapidly emitted call, with a succession of brief double-chirps. Adults sit in the foliage and on the upper branches of eucalypts. Similar species: Subtropical Red-eyed Squeaker.
