Species number (TNS): 045. Fore wing length: 13–17 mm. Distribution and seasonality: Western Australia from near Guilderton north to near Kalbarri. Adults have been observed in January, February and May. Notable Localties: Cataby Roadhouse, Wongan Hills (both Simon lab), Star Swamp (D. Pike). Habitat: Low shrubland. Calling song and behaviour: A continuous buzzing call with an irregular finer structure. Adults sit on the branches of shrubs including Acacia, Baekea and Dryandra where they remain fairly sedentary. Similar species: Minilya Fizzer, Blue-eyed Fizzer.
