Fore wing length:
18–24 mm.
Distribution and seasonality:
North Queensland, from the tip of Cape
York Peninsula south to Archer River, and
from Cape Flattery north of Cooktown.
Adults occur from November to February.
Notable localities:
Heathlands, Wenlock River.
Habitat:
Populations occur in association with
paperbark trees (Melaleuca spp.) in low-
lying swampy areas and in grassy
woodland.
Calling song and behaviour:
Rapidly emitted double-clicking with
occasional triple clicks. Adults sit on the
main trunks of eucalypts.

River Galloper.
