Previously referred to as Abricta borealis. Species number (TNS): 194. Fore wing length: 22–24 mm. Distribution and seasonality: South-west Western Australia where it is currently known only from Yarloop, south of Perth. This species has been observed in December to January. Notable localities: Yarloop. Habitat: Known to occur in woodland dominated by Marri (Corymbia calophylla). Calling song and behaviour: Poorly known. Song likely includes bouts of wing-snapping. Similar species: A distinctive species. Duke bears a superficial similarity.
