Species number (TNS): 670. Fore wing length: 11–13 mm. Distribution and seasonality: Known from areas surrounding Cloncurry and to the south of Cloncurry in north-west Queensland. Adults have been observed during January and February. Notable localities: Cloncurry district (A. Ewart). Habitat: Semi-arid grassland. Calling song and behaviour: A rapid, high-pitched zipping call with occasional pauses. Colour variation: Green colours in specimens often fade to yellow after death. Similar species: Eastern Watch-winder, Talwood Watch-winder, Alice Springs Watch-winder.
