Species number (TNS): 358. Fore wing length: 10–12 mm. Distribution and seasonality: So far known only from the northeastern edge of the Simpson Desert in far western Queensland. Adults emerge after rainfall and have been observed during February. Notable localities: Cravens Peak Reserve (A. Ewart). Habitat: Open grassland. Calling song and behaviour: A high-pitched, slow, ticking call. Adults sit on grass stems and occasionally also on shrubs. Similar species: Cloncurry Ticker, Rapid Ticker.
