Species number (TNS): 864. Fore wing length: 11–16 mm. Distribution and seasonality: Found between Hughenden and 108 km north of Hughenden in Queensland. Adults occur during January and February. Notable localities: Porcupine Gorge (Simon lab). Habitat: Open eucalypt woodland. Calling song and behaviour: A strong chirping and buzzing call, with a sharp, rattle-like quality. Adults sit on grass stems and on shrubs. Similar species: Central Grass-clicker.
