Species number (TNS): 865. Fore wing length: 12–14 mm. Distribution and seasonality: Known only from the Einasleigh River floodplain, south of the Lyn Junction, north Queensland. Adults occur during February. Notable localities: Einasleigh River (Simon lab). Habitat: Riverine grassy woodland. Calling song and behaviour: A strong chirping/ clicking call with three distinct song sections. Adults sit on grass stems. Similar species: Southern Grass-clicker.
