Species number (TNS): 367. Fore wing length: 13–16 mm. Distribution and seasonality: Known from near Theodore south-east to near Kalbar in south-eastern Queensland. Adults have been observed between December and March. Notable localities: Lake Broadwater, Southwood National Park. Habitat: Found in areas of remnant Brigalow scrub. Calling song and behaviour: Fast, musical ticking and clicking emitted at a high frequency. Adults occur in the outer foliage. Similar species: Clip-clop Cicada.
