Species number (TNS): 496. Fore wing length: 19–24 mm. Distribution and seasonality: Known only from the Waroo and Murilla Shires in southern inland Queensland and from near Wilcannia in New South Wales. Adults are present during November and December. Notable localities: Surat. Habitat: Riverine eucalypt woodland and cypress woodland. Calling song and behaviour: A series of ticks clustered into alternating long and short phrases. Similar to Robust Ambertail, but not emitted in flight. Adults sit on the main trunks of trees. Similar species: Robust Ambertail.
