Species number (TNS): 310. Fore wing length: 13–14 mm. Distribution and seasonality: Found throughout central western Queensland. It possibly also occurs around Alice Springs in the Northern Territory. Adults are present from November to February. Notable localities: Longreach. Habitat: Open grassland, including areas dominated by native Mitchell Grass and exotic Buffel Grass. Calling song and behaviour: A fast ticking call with some modulation in speed, audibly similar to Yellow Grass-ticker. Adults sit on grass stems. Similar species: Yellow Grass-ticker, Rattling Grass-ticker.
